Today i'll be sharing my thoughts about this aloe vera gel that is available at Bench. Yes, you read it right. There's an available aloe vera gel at the Bench store! Isn't that cool?
AloeVera Gel is being raved by some youtubers. Unfortunately the one they're raving about is the one from Nature Republic which is a korean brand. For a student like me, i find it expensive lol because it cost 245 pesos but don't worry! It is affordable if you'll purchase it at Althea Korea, priced at 180 pesos only!
Here's the link if you want to try it out. :)

So let's start!

The Directions, Caution, Ingredients are at the bottom of the tub.

If you're a student like me, you'd probably think that it's expensive. I mean, for me, anything that is not under 150 pesos is costly. But! I think it's worth it because you'll get 300 mL of the product.
Scent : Smells like aloe vera ( ofcourse! ) very refreshing.. (5/5)
Texture : Not thick. (5/5)
Application : I get an ample amount in the tub and apply it evenly on my face. It feels refreshing in the face when applied especially if you stored it inside your ref! (5/5)

FINAL REVIEW!
I didn't breakout when i used it on my face overnight.
I mostly use it to moisturize my body.
In the packaging, the claims are :
- NON STICKY (True! It's not sticky when you apply it on the face)
- QUICK ABSORBING (Not really quick, it will take 5 minutes or so. But when you put a lot of amount in your face, it will take forever lol)
- MOISTURIZING (Yes, it did!)
I love applying it on my body because of the soothing and cooling effect on my skin.
WILL I REPURCHASE?
I think i'll pass. I would love to try the Nature Republic's Aloe Vera Gel if i ran out of this. Overall, it's worth a try!!
How about you? Have you tried using this? What was your experience? Let me know!
If you have questions, please leave a comment!
I saw this at a Cosmopolitan post saying that this can be a good eye cream substitute for those who want cheaper skincare/makeup products. Turns out it's more of a sunburn-preventing thing!
ReplyDeleteMy mom now swears by this product and I like that it has a cool feeling to it. I grew up not liking lotions due to the sticky feel but this changed my mind.
